Jo Mitchell of Hotmetal Contemporary Jewellery is originally from Guernsey in the Channel Islands.
She studied in the UK at the Bath Academy of Art before working as a graphic designer for a major UK retailer. In 1990 she decided to pursue her long held interest in jewellery design.
Hotmetal Contemporary Jewellery has
enjoyed many
years of success and has supplied many top gift shops and galleries
including, Liberty, Selfridges, the Royal Academy of Art and the
Guggenheim Museum.
Jo’s
work has also been featured in Vogue magazine.
